Add Glamour To The Last Parties of 2018

Is there any better way to jumpstart your debut into 2019 than a stunning sequinned number? If you’re looking to go entry level, add instant shimmer with accessories or go head-to-toe for a head turning look that could easily sashay down the red carpet.  Look for pieces that are practical and avoid traditional holiday colours if you don’t want to retire your new signature piece until the next holiday season.

  1. Metallic Pants

This stunning leaf motif pant in a rich Jacquard fabric is the focal point of the outfit, meaning you can dress them up or down depending on the event.  Topped off with a sage shirt and faux-leopard jacket this look is great for drinks with co-workers or a house party.

2.  Sequin Blazer

A boyfriend-style sequin blazer (with extra details like velvet lapels and buttons) is an ultra-modern way to play around with the trend.  This outfit keeps it simple(r) layered over black, with an extra pop of metallic in the fishnet anklet socks.  If you’re ready for something even more daring the neutral sequin could be paired with brighter colours, even pink.

3.  Sequin Dress

This dress features sequins in every colour of the rainbow, meaning you can easily switch up the look with different accessories.  To accentuate an hourglass figure I added a stunning pearl and gold belt which elevates the festive look. It also provides excellent coverage, even hitting below the knee if you want to up the glam factor but feel a little self-conscious in certain areas.

4.  Jaw Dropping Dress

With its sky high slit and plunging neckline, this dress is guaranteed to turn a few heads. Even better?  It boasts stretch in the fabric, meaning it’s still the perfect fit even after a few days of indulging.
