These 4 Outfits Are To “Dye” For

Whether you went through a hippie phase or dabbled in making your own patterns, we all have a memory or two of rocking a tie-dye t-shirt. Well, get ready, because tie-dye is BACK in a big way. There are so many options this season to wear the trend that are way outside of the (DIY) tie-dye box. Even to work.

Start with a neutral tie-dye like this black and white knotted crop, since it will be easier to mix and match into your existing wardrobe. These high-rise, wide leg white pants are a closet staple for the summer and keep the look elevated. The overall neutral vibe means you can have fun with accessories.

Tie-dye for work? It is possible! This blouse has a subtle yet stunning pattern, and the silky material keeps it looking chic. The silhouette of this tailored powder blue suit keeps the look current, but why not add a nod to the ’70s with a pair of oversized shades.

This treatment is a more subdued version, and it almost masquerades as a stripe! A classic silhouette in earth tones (another one of the seasons hottest trends) means this look can get a lot of mileage.

Can’t decide on one colour? Why not have it all. This look could not be any louder if it tried (and it’s trying). Certainly not for the faint of heart, this look is an absolute scene stealer. Of course, you can wear the pieces separately, pairing the pants with a crisp white blouse or the jacket with your favourite jeans to turn the volume down, just a little.
