Big Fashion For Petite Women
No matter what your shape, size or style we all encounter fashion challenges. Today I’m sharing my favourite tips and tricks for petite women to feel fantastic no matter what they wear!
Cropped denim + Sweater
When it comes to denim one of the most flattering silhouettes for petite women is a flare. Opt for high rise whenever possible, because it gives the illusion of length. As this pair is cropped, it’s great to rock them with a sock boot to take it from summer to winter. Cropped tops are great, especially in thick knits, because there isn’t the additional fabric to contend with.

Monochromatic
A monochromatic look is super flattering because it creates one long line. Look for structured pieces, like a suit and break it up with different textures. For this look I used a cashmere sweater.

High-Waisted Pants
When it comes to dressing the of the 1/3 to 2/3 rule. Instead of cutting your body in half on the centre line, you want to cut it above or below. You can do this with the outfit below, or the reverse with a long tunic paired with leather leggings. A v-neck rather than a crew neck is a great way to elongate your look.

Dress
When you’re petite, shorter dresses are always a great option. Figure conscious (not tight, but hugging closer to the body) is always going to be flattering, or if you’re wearing a looser style make sure to define the waist.
